The shares repurchased by freenet AG as part of three share buyback programs (Share Buyback Program 2020, Share Buyback Program 2021 and Share Buyback Program 2022) totalling 9,160,418 shares were cancelled on 8 June 2022 resulting in a corresponding reduction in freenet AG's share capital.
