The following table lists all shareholders whose share of voting rights in freenet AG, according to the notifications received by us, currently exceeds one of the notification thresholds stipulated under § 33 paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) or § 40 paragraph 1 WpHG. The presentation is based on the current number of issued shares of freenet AG (118,900,598 shares). 

freenet AG holds around 50.000 treasury shares as well as the shares aquired as part of the current Share Buyback Programme 2025 (ARP 2025). The shares acquired as part of the ARP 2025 will be canceled upon completion of the programme (reduction of the share capital).

The free float is presented in accordance with the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) and the shareholders shown include attributions in accordance with the WpHG.
